I feel quite bad since I had an extremely busy work week and only managed to get in my normal cycling (7km daily). However I did do a 5km run this afternoon, and my muscles are all tingling now.
I need to nail down a schedule this week for practice, otherwise I'll never be prepared in time.
I'm still looking for a really cheap old 10 speed road bike... they are harder to find in the middle of winter I think, but I'm sure I'll prevail.
