I did my longer range cycling today. 1 hour 20 minutes of riding on snow and ice covered MUPs.
I managed to finally develop my training schedule for the next twelve weeks. It's just more base work, but that is what I need.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday I will be doing two 5k and one 10k run at lunch. Tuesday, Thursday will be 15k on the bike. Saturday will be more endurance, so 1.5-2 hours on the bike increasing incrementally over the 12 weeks.
I am certain I can make this work, and it is in my blackberry calendar, so I have to follow it now
